Description

This list contains the names, company names and opt-in e-mail addresses of Reward Managers in just over 5,000 UK organisations; the database contains, in the main, only larger organisations. 

Reward Managers have responsibility for developing, implementing and administering the organisation's rewards and benefit policies. This includes salaries and bonuses plus employee benefits, such as pensions. Life assurance, profit-sharing, company cars and medical insurance packages may also be an area of responsibility, as well as arranging relocation and expatriate packages.

The list is suitable for email broadcasting purposes, particularly for those companies who have something to offer to the Reward Manager marketplace, directly or indirectly.  Well targeted, the list can prove extremely responsive.

Accuracy

All names, company names and e-mail adresses were verified within the last 3 months; organisations who no longer fulfill the role of Reward Manager are automatically removed from the e-mail database.
