Description

This list contains the names, company names and opt-in e-mail addresses of Equal Opportunity/Diversity Managers in just under 4,000 UK organisations; the database contains, in the main, only larger organisations. 

Equal Opportunity/Diversoty Managers oversee and implement the company's Equal Opportunity Policy and foster cultural awareness sensitivity.  They monitor company activity in order to identify problems of harassment relating to any individual from any group. If the Equal Opportunities Manager becomes aware of such issues it will be their duty to bring them to the attention of the Senior Management . They will then examine the evidence, and make a determination, which could include a range of options: reconciliation, re-education, disciplinary action or dismissal.

The list is suitable for email broadcasting purposes, particularly for those companies who have something to offer to the Equal Opportunity/Diversity Manager marketplace, directly or indirectly.  Well targeted, the list can prove extremely responsive.

Accuracy

All names, company names and e-mail adresses were verified within the last 3 months; organisations who no longer fulfill the role of Equal Opportunity/Diversity Manager are automatically removed from the e-mail database.
