Description

This most comprehensive database of Charity donors contains the names of almost half a million individuals who are regular donors to charities of all causes.  Donors are, on average, between 35 and 65 years old, own their own homes and have a household income of over £20,000.

Data is 100% postcoded and telephone numbers are for appr. 20% of records.  All telephone numbers are cleaned against the Telephone Preference Service File.

Data structure

The following fields are supplied, as standard, for each record: Name, full address including PAF verified postcodes, salutation.  For data purchased on a 12 months lease, telephone numbers are appended where available.

Output formats

Data is supplied as either an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or Microsoft Access (.mdb) file, on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or via e-mail. We strongly recommend you choose the comma-delimited text format, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge and you may hold a different version of Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access to us.

Delivery

Data is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.

Disks/CD-ROMs as well as labels printouts are sent by first class, recorded mail.

Terms & Conditions

All data is supplied for single use or 12 months lease, and must not be resold to a third party.
