Description

This list contains the names, company names and opt-in e-mail addresses of Account Directors in over 5,100 UK organisations, the database contains, in the main, only larger organisations. 

Account Directors are involved in market data management and analysis, strategic proposals devising, campaign co-ordination, cost management, reporting and evaluation across one of more of the company's key customer accounts..

The list is suitable for email broadcasting purposes, particularly for those companies who have something to offer to the account drector marketplace, directly or indirectly.  Well targeted, the list can prove extremely responsive.

Accuracy

All names, company names and e-mail adresses were verified within the last 3 months; organisations who no longer fulfill the role of Account Director are automatically removed from the e-mail database.

Data structure

The following field is supplied for each record: Named Account Director, company name, Account Director's e-mail address.

Data is sent in both (a) comma-delimited text (.txt) and (b) Microsoft Excel (.xls) formats.

• (a) The comma-delimited text format is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge

• (b) The Microsoft Excel format is, universally, the most popular format for the despatch of mailing lists, and over 99% of computer users are familiar with Excel.

Delivery

You can choose to receive your list as an Email attachment or, if you prefer, we can send the list to you on a CD-ROM.
