Description

This is a comprehensive and responsive database of Stationery Buyers in the largest 2,000 UK companies; Stationery Buyers are an important group of, usually, middle management level executives who decide exclusively over the purchase of office equipment (excluding computers, paper, stationery, print and printer supplies, and office utensils; they are price-aware individuals who decide often solely on cost.  Stationery Buyers often have substantial budgets and respond positively to direct mail; they are also an excellent target group for a wide variety of telemarketing compaigns.

Data is 100% postcoded and telephone numbers are available for all records.

Accuracy

All contact names were verified by telephone within the last 3 months and accuracy levels are high (>99%).

Data structure

The following fields are supplied, as standard, for each record: Named Stationery Buyer, company name, full company address including PAF verified postcodes, (telephone number), salutation.

Output formats

Data is supplied as an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt), file on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or as an e-mail attachment. The comma-delimited text format is the default format for the despatch of our lists, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge; if you prefer to receive the list as either a Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access file, you will be able to note this in the "Comments" box when you place your order.

Delivery

Data is dispatched on CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.

CD-ROMs as well as labels are sent by first class, recorded mail.
